It has enough power to view you email and watch videos. If you want to do gaming you will need more power. It will handle most of your needs.

Nice computer - wish it were a little faster. . .but with all that's loaded on these Microsoft touchscreen computers - it is no wonder. There is screen glare, but sales rep explained that all the touch screen computers have the shiny finish to support the sensitivity to finger tips.

I actually conferred with a friend who was supposed to be knowledgable about computers before buying this one, but I'm not sure he knew anything! Only one port for a USB. No way to plug into the network. It may be a NVIDIA graphics card, but it has limitations. Not a gaming computer, for sure, and nothing for a high-end user. Also, my main drive is almost full, while the SSD is almost empty. I'm no great computer whizz, but I thought you weren't supposed to change where programs are installed, so not too sure how to put more software on here. One more thing, after this model, they improoved the screen. This is is a "touch screen" but won't work with the graphic pens as the same model right after this when they changed to a better screen!

I purchased a Dell laptop after lots of research and consideration. I had previously only owned HP laptops. I could not be more pleased. I am actually using it to write this review! Great user friendly computer.

One of the best computers I have used in a long time.

One of the main reasons I purchased two Dell laptops was the customer support. Man, was I disappointed. Weeks of calls to IT support, hours of my time on line to solve issues with Windows 10, and still my computers would freeze several times a day. I purchased high end Dell laptops and have since rid my self of them. Support would send me from one agent to another. For computers which were less than four months new, I received little true support. Spend the few bucks and go Mac. I did and am so pleased.

But so far its perfect. everything is good about it. I dont videogame but still very fast performance. 5G connection makes the internet about 2x faster over 2.4G for this thing. The video quality is great, but the display itself has no specialty to it. It has a sweet spot angle, everywhere else has the effect as if there is very light dew on it, kinda like glitter. kinda expensive but if the screen wont bother, its a trade.

Wireless keeps dropping, Will not do system restore
