Great Looking All In One, with Issues

I bought this computer just have in a common area for easy use (i.e. shopping, browsing, word docs, etc.) While the computer is nice looking and used wireless connectivity for the keyboard and mouse, it had some issues. After setting up the computer I found that the CPU and Disk were being utilized at 100% almost constantly without having anything other than the task manager open. I performed some recommendations found on the Dell forums to fix this issue but it never did. Just having a couple of tabs open would slow the computer down significantly. Though it has only 4 gigs of RAM, I feel this should not have cause such lag. We ultimately returned it and purchased another computer with 8 gigs of RAM and a SSD. If I didn't have this issue, we would have kept it.

I had this desktop for a month and a half. When I tried to use it for work, it would not load. Tried everything - finally called Dell. 3 hours later, it still will not reload Windows. I have to FedEx them their product and should receive it back in 7-12 days. In the meantime, I have to find another way to teach my online course. All in all, a lot of inconvenience for a product I am not certain will work after it is returned to me.

I was looking for an upgrade from my 6 year old laptop and decided this computer would do it, but the main con is that it's slow straight out of the box. My laptop runs faster. Will be returning the computer as it was almost always running at 100% CPU usage without running anything at all making it very laggy overall.

The computer did not live up to it's billing. I called Dell twice because I felt that it was too slow. They did updates that I did not realize would be necessary the first time. Updates did not solve the problem. Cox brought me a new modem and it still registers under 100mbps.

For its processor speed - which is not great to begin with - interface with this machine tends to be slow as heck. Delayed typing, touch screen that delays before acknowledging that you're touching it, stuff like that.
