Simple latest i3 CPU. Perfect computer for everyday and even some demanding tasks. Son uses it for Adobe Photoshop and In-Design applications and it works perfectly. As soon as I got it I did replace the slowest component, the hard drive. Came with a basic 5400 rpm drive so I installed a Samsung EVO 500 gig solid state drive. The drive was a very easy 1-to-1 swap, NO additional cradle/adapter or anything needed. Inserted a USB thumb drive (already downloaded image from Dell) that had the Win 10 image and it reloaded the drive to original condition. Now this "basic" computer, which was just fine, just got a big performance boost. Plus this SSD drive has no moving parts so, the computer is quieter, doesn't give off any heat, so the fan can run quieter, and it uses very little power, so compared to a normal hard drive, its very ECO friendly.

The HP All in One has touchscreen plus all the troubleshooting HP Assistant in case you have a problem. Very satisfied with this as I had the Dell before and this is much lighter and has all the apps and programs you will ever need.

Enjoying the speed and sharp screen on my new Dell. This is my second computer without a tower and think that is a great feature. I am having problems with the settings. Even my computer expert grandson hasn't figured it out yet, but we will at some point.

Seems to do everything. Easy to use. It is a Dell. Does not take up much space on the desk. Looks great.

I purchased the computer and I had everything I needed to get it up and running with no snags. I'm extremely happy with it and believe it will fill my needs for years to come! Thank you for the anti virus program too!

This is a wonderful one! It is so easy to use. Having the touch screen is real helpful feature. You have Cortana ready for you to ask her anything. I am still learning things a little at a time. Great purchase for me.

The Geek Tech set up the product and it works GREAT! I am very Happy with the performance and the sound from the built in speakers also the Graphics are exceptionally clear. The Dell name lives up to it's reputation.

I was looking for a computer to replace my old Windows XP Dell. Did not want to spend a lot since we mainly use it for photos and music. I paid just over $500 on sale. Most computers with an Intel Core processor and 1TB hard drive were a couple hundred dollars higher at least. It's nice to not have a tower. I keep the mouse and keyboard hidden in computer desk - looks very sleek. I did add external speakers to it though as we use it to listen to music. We also have a continuous slide show running of our family pictures. Windows 10 does not allow for a faster paced slideshow as Windows 7 did, but there is a way to adjust that which I found with a simple internet search. I love my new Dell so far.

I like the all in one, and the ease of it. Still need to learn Windows 10. It is so different from the Windows Vista I had. Will probably end up calling your Geek Squad to come out, when I'm ready.

Needed to replace our really old desktop and main users were people in their 50s. Great simple all-in-one computer to not worry about new monitor & pc + accessories. Touch screen is a plus as well.

I needed a new all in one when the last one started giving me problems. This one works for what I need, some web browsing, email and some office work. This seemed to be the sweet spot between performance and cost for me.

We had an old laptop (HP) that was just not doing the job anymore - out dated! we wanted a desktop and we are extremely happy with our purchase of the Dell-Inspiron 21.5 Touch screen All-I -One!

This Dell is awesome. My husband picked it out and he loves it. I personally love the touch screen option. If we're looking at items together, I can easily help him navigate.

It is very useful and also very fun .. it's the use of a desktop computer and like a huge tablet all in one imagine how fun ... also it runs well very easy to use and it's a reliable dell

I use this computer in my home office and run at least one large program daily. I have no complaints, set-up was easy, and the system has worked efficiently since purchase.

I love the touch screen! I also love that there are minimal cords sticking out of the computer. No extra speakers to buy because it sounds great on its own! Very happy!

Computer was fairly easy to set up, although no instructions were included! It has been working great - no issues. Just with me - stumbling along, trial and error, learning Windows 10!!

The set up that was done by Best Buy got me off to a good start. It is great that they are only a phone call away. It is so easy to use . It is everything I need.
