Bought for son as an entry level computer

I went back to store and the manager didn't have a cord and told me since the open box claimed everything was there he immediately told one of his salespeople to take me back and get a closed box brand new the model I bought was no longer available the manager order him to upgrade so I couldn't be happier I received a better computer than I originally bought and didn't pay a dime thanks Best Buy I will be customer for life

Great Dell touchscreen laptop
