Great system, only one snag
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently the computer experiences a problem related to specific modems provided with Spectrum/Charter Internet. Repeated problem despite Dell customer service help, Spectrum help, and second brand new system (exchanged previous identical computer in hopes of resolving problem). Computer would not maintain internet connection due to unknown conflict with the modem. Eventually, utilized a different brand of modem and problem resolved.

Sound and display are great, Windows 10 easy enough to learn. This computer exceeded my expectations, avid user of Photoshop Elements, Facebook and Pinterest, online bill pay. More than adequate for;my needs, very glad this is the computer I purchased, and It was on sale! . Would have liked a couple more USB port otherwise happy with this computer..
