I had the other one for 15 years so when I needed another I specifically researched to find this one. True my screen is somewhat smaller but touch screen works perfectly. Just what I wanted!

Our office decided to purchase a separate computer and separate screen instead of an all-in-one. I'm sure this would have been an excellent choice.

But what came in the box had a raised stand even though all the products numbers on the box matched those on the site where the easel stand was pictured. No one at the store where I picked it up, on the phone with Best Buy or on the phone with Dell could tell me how I could get one with the correct stand. Maybe the photo is wrong. After a lot of frustration and effort I took it back.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Slow Lag, slow processing, takes too long to boot normal web pages, when they do boot, you have to wait before you can type anything and I have Spectrum 100+MB Internet... I have OLD Laptops that are faster.... All else works as it should

Thanks for your review. We're very sorry to hear that your computer is operating slower than you had hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways for your computer to run faster:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.
