Small footprint, large touch screen is great !

Cloud features allow sharing documents with my iPad and iPhone even though this system is Microsoft. Had no problems setting up.

Only has 2 USB ports and is slow operating.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear of the issues you have had with your new computer. I can understand your frustration. There are adapters available to provide more USB ports if this is something you were in need of.
Uninstalling or removing software or applications that you do not use or do not need from your PC can help speed up your PC. Applications may include background processes, system services, context menu entries and other things that can slow down your PC.
Uninstall applications you no longer need using Programs and Features (previously called Add/Remove Programs). Unnecessary applications occupy space on your hard disk drive.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R on the keyboard.
2. In the Run dialog box, type appwiz.cpl and press the Enter key.
3. In the list, select a program and click Uninstall.

Slow as molasses

That's what motivated me to go with another Dell all-on-one. All I need it to be able to do is handle surfing the web and word processing, and it seemed impossible that any new computer in the year 2020 wouldn't be able to fly through these tasks. That's what I get for not doing research, because it's definitely possible. Somehow, this machine is slower than a computer I bought seven years ago - and it's not close. This piece of junk can barely load one webpage, much less multiple pages simultaneously, and forget about running several programs at once. I'm amazed at the positive reviews for this thing, because it's the worst computer I've ever had. And now I'm stuck with it.

Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear that your All-In-One is not running as smoothly as you'd like it to. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to improve your computer's performance:
1. Close all open windows.
2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
3. Click Control Panel.
4. Click System and Security.
5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
8. Restart the PC.

Senior Friendly!!!

It has some great features, gonna have to read the manual...very happy with my purchase...

An Overpriced, Powerless Performer

After I took possession of the computer, I noticed that much of the data that was supposed to have been transferred (buy the Geek Squad) from my Sony laptop was missing. Within a week the computer began to freeze so I contacted the Geek Squad and requested technical support. Their support consisted of a remote session into my computer. They said it could take six hours or more because they didn’t know when a technician would be available to assist. They completed the remote technical review late in the evening and said they could find nothing. The computer still freezes and according to them, doesn’t have the power to properly handle today’s internet. The computer is painfully slow even though I have I have high speed internet, and has to be rebooted at least twice a week. My computer use is not extensive; I use the computer for paying bills and internet shopping. Not a great buy!

Thanks for your review and we're sorry that your computer's performance is not what you were hoping for. Here are some steps that you can take to diagnose the freezes that you're experiencing:
1. Run a Computer Diagnostic. To determine if your computer is experiencing a hardware problem, run the Dell Preboot System Assessment (PSA) Diagnostics. For information on how to run Diagnostics, and to determine the issue, refer to Dell Knowledge Base Article: http://dell.to/2iaiujA.
2. Check Safe Mode for Symptoms. To boot into safe mode, please follow the instructions below:
a) Start the computer.
b) Tap 'F8' on the keyboard immediately and every one second until the Dell logo screen disappears. From there you will see the Windows Advanced Options Menu on the screen. (If the Windows Advanced Options Menu does not appear, restart the system and try again.)
c) Select Safe mode with Networking and press Enter.
d) Log on as the administrator or as a user with administrative access.
e) Open applications and test the computer in safe mode. If the symptoms exist in safe mode, please continue the troubleshooting steps in this article. If the symptoms do not exist in safe mode, the issue is likely related to a driver or software and you may wish to complete step 3 to see if you are able to resolve the lockups or freezing.
3. Check for Malware. Malware (Virus, Spyware, etc.) can definitely cause a Windows system to lock up or appear to hang. To check for malware on your system and to ensure that your computer is up to date on security software, visit Dell Knowledge Base Article: http://dell.to/2wWP1zI.

Family friendly desktop!

We saw this dell and all it’s features and it has been great to us thus far! Easy to use, runs fast, and overall great quality.

Love my new Dell Touch-Screen

It connected easily to my network and printers, is fast and meets all of my needs. Will be purchasing a second one to replace an aging PC I have now. Highly recommend.
