I thought that was included in set-up so I don't have full use of the computer until that is done.

Wrong! This thing crawls on the Internet. I've never seen a brand new computer use so much energy just trying to load webpages. Spend the money for a faster processor. This AMD is way too slow. BTW, I really like Best Buy and it's not their fault, other than the misinformed sales guy. The real fault here lies between AMD and Dell.

This one I feel not like Dell, something not right with processing speed, super lags. Screen very dim, must be some parts malfunction
