    the TV i got is perfect, the curbside pick up was unorganized to say the least. I pulled in the lot , was instructed to go to the pick up area and waited. No employee ever came to my car ,other cars came after me and were getting served,I continued waiting. Finally I got out of my car , headed for the entrance and a associate came running up to me to stop me and I told him Iv'e been waiting and no one came by. He said I needed a APP to get service.I purchased online, it said to take the confirmation # and ID so I did . Finally got my TV. The email does not mention a APP
