Did become very frustrated first week we had this computer. I had been working on computer all morning, all was well. When I opened up screen in afternoon, the wireless mouse as well as wireless keyboard would not worked. Seemed to be locked up. I called local Best Buy, asked for Geek Squad, technical support. I was transferred several times, finally call was disconnected. Ready to return the wireless mouse & keyboard! Finally, disconnected from wall, both started working again. Not sure if I want to continue with wireless mouse & keyboard if this is going to be ongoing problem. Have not had problem last 2 weeks.

Slow computer. Its not been a complete month the computer is too slow. Camera quality is good.

Solid all in one computer. Easy to set-up and use. Has been very reliable so far.

Added this all-in-one to our salon to run our front end (all client processing). Has been a welcome addition and doesn't take up space that a typical computer does. Screen is large and sharp - team is loving it!

I have been working from home and needed a desktop computer to be able to work efficiently. This is a great computer at a very reasonable price, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a computer.

I purchased an all in one because I am a person who prefers a desktop over a laptop. I like the feel of a Desktop keyboard, they tend to process faster. I thought this would be a compromise. I have modified it by purchasing a USB hub to make accessibility easier and I plan to add a Compact CD player/burner. I do not use a lot of memory because I am not into gaming, I am going to use this one for church work.

The computer itself is ok nothing to Bragg about. The mouse and key board are junk: The mouse doesn't always detect that you moved it and the key board fails to type some letters or types up to 8 more of the same letters with just one press. Even if you only press one key at a time. This is a problem when you type a password. Sometimes you have to do it several times and hope you don't get locked out.

Like the all in one. Works well, saves space wish it had more ports.

I’M not good on computers so I don’t use one very often. My eyes are getting worse so I needed a computer screen as big as I could get and this was the largest screen. This one is great for what I needed.

I am still learning how to use the features of Windows 10, Microsoft Edge and the other features on this Dell All-In-One Computer. I just love it and feel very satisfied with having a Dell which has proven itself over the many years they have been in existence. This 23.8 " screen is phenomenal and makes my adventure on the computer so much easier to enjoy. I recommend it highly for the Senior Citizens who enjoy having a computer to fit in their daily activities. Thumbs Up!

TLDR; Product: 6/10 Experience: 3/10 Screen appearance: 10/10 Sound: 10/10 Price: 1/10 Story: I purchased this for my dad to replace his old computer. His old PC ran Windows 7. I got him this one for almost $700. It said AMD A9 and when I demo-ed it in store it seemed to work fast. I quickly found out that’s because the in store model is left on. Then I found out that you can’t replace the hard disk drive because “all-in-ones.” The screen looks incredible and the sound quality really helped me choose, but dear god the user experience of this thing... it’s SO slow when it first boots and every time you turn it on or reset it. The lack of a solid state drive is what makes me feel like it takes forever to boot anything. It’s rather annoying. I exchanged this and paid $300 additional for an upgrade that will do well in 2019+. Save your money, don’t let companies produce things like this that can’t be modified to run faster, etc. It’s a shame too because I absolutely love the all-in-one design That being said it’s totally useable if you’re on a budget, but if you are trying to run a business like I was then you’ll run into efficiency problems when your spreadsheet won’t load.

I love this computer. The big screen allows me to view without my glasses. The image is crystal clear. Still learning all it offers for my use.

Love it. It is my first desktop in a very long time. The all in one takes up very little space on my already cramped workspace and does everything I need it to.

The all in one is way better than a desktop due to space. Does everything I need, for what I do on the computer, this is perfect. I wanted a bigger screen that a laptop would not provide.

I like not having the bulky home personal computer sitting next to my desk collecting dust while I am using it! Having everything built into the monitor is really very cool to me! The only think I miss is not being able to add any photo's from disk! But it is very quick and does a magnificent job for what I need it for!

Very happy with this computer. I got it to replace my old computer when I had to start working from home. Very easy set up and easy to get it going to do everything I needed for work.
