    There are glaring issues with this device. Running any internet browser forces me to have to restart. If there is any inactivity, it stops connecting to the wifi in my house and forces a restart. I cannot connect any headphone or speaker device, simply mutes them. Overall, I wish I could give this zero out of five stars.

      Below I have provided troubleshooting instructions with the full article that can help resolve the issue with WIFI:

      1. Download and install the latest Wireless Card driver. After updating the driver, re-establish the connection with the Wireless Access Point and check the wireless performance.
      2. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
      3. Power-cycle the local network. Shut down the Dell system, the Wireless Access Point/Router, and the Modem. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds before powering up the components in the following order:
      4. Power ON the Modem, and wait for it to boot fully.
      5. Power ON the Wireless Access Point/Router, and wait for it to boot fully.
      6. Power ON the Dell system.
      7. Open Network and Sharing Center
      8. In the left-side navigation pane, click on Change Adapter Settings
      9. Right-click on the wireless connection icon and select Properties followed by the Configure button
      10. Under Wireless Options, select the Wireless N mode.
      11. For Windows 8 or later systems click the Advanced tab and look for 802.11n Mode on the right you will be given the option to Enable or Disable it. If the mode is not visible you may need to update your drivers and firmware.
      12. From the drop-down menu, choose Disable followed by Ok

    It is not a really good product from Dell as an all-in-one computer. The speed, monitor quality, and sound are all of low quality.

    Just an okay unit. Plug-ins are inconvient on back of unit opposed to side or front. System programmed to save on cloud drive. Still having problems to stop that...even after working with Totaltech help.

    came with wrong power cord and then the best buy I got it from closed down. had to go buy another power cord offline....

    I needed a desktop that would take up as little space as possible and would still look nice sitting out in the living space. Not only does this Dell computer take up very little space since it is an all-in-one PC, but it looks good since my desk is in the living space. The 24 inch touch screen display looks great and is bright and vibrant. The touch screen features work very well as well and I find myself not using my mouse sometimes without realizing it. The biggest drawbacks about the touch screen is that you will end up leaving smudge marks all over the screen and will need to clean it off more frequently than a regular computer screen. Overall, this PC is pretty powerful. I am able to run multiple programs from the Adobe Creative Suite at once without any issue. I have noticed that if I am using several CPU intensive programs at once that the fans have to work overtime to help keep it cool, but that's a byproduct of it being an all-in-one PC similar to a laptop. I also haven't had to open it up yet so I am not sure how easy it is to swap out its components like regular PC towers or if it is even possible to upgrade any of the parts.

    Overall, I am happy with this computer but it's not a gaming powerhouse, and I am okay with that because I have another computer to give me my gaming needs for titles like Warzone and Forza Horizon. Therefore, if you understand this is really not a gaming computer even though it has an AMD Ryzen, you will enjoy it for work and productivity! My ratings: 3/5 - Operating System - Windows 11 - I am still getting used to Windows 11, but this is not the computer's fault. 5/5 - HD Screen - this is the first touchscreen PC I have, and I am excited about all the possibilities. I honestly forgot this was a touch screen for a minute until my son touched the screen and I was reminded that it was! Very happy about this. It's responsive and bright enough for our living room even during the day. 4/5 - AMD Ryzen 5 - it's not a powerful graphics card but it will perform well with multitasking and some less demanding games. Don't except to play Warzone at 120fps with medium or low settings. It's just not strong enough for that. Among US, WoW and other games like this, it will do excellent! 4/5 - SSD - I wish the hard drive was 1TB or 2TB, but you can always connect an external one for more space, but it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about it getting full so quickly. 5/5 - DualScreen - this can be used as another monitor or a TV and this is an awesome feature. Love this about it!
