    I had the previous model of this computer from years ago with an i3 chip. Personally, I prefer AMD over Intel and I'm very happy I upgraded to the newer AMD version. The touch screen is a plus and it's lightning fast

    This was a very nice computer, sadly soon after I bought it my home burnt down and I lost not only it, but my big screen tv, and my whole world. Almost a year later I'm trying to slowly rebuild. But I loved this Dell it was very smooth and felt great to work on though to brief

    Hi- I bought the PC, but then kept having a Windows 11 loading problem appear...the gang at the Manchester store: Joey Kleinowskis, Lindsay Boily and Tyler Landry, were great, and helped to ultimately get me an exchange, and I gotta new PC, and have had no problems. They were all really nice and understanding. Thanks Best Buy!
