I had the 2017 model but wanted something new for work at home. Set up was so easy, it’s so nice and easy to use. It has 2 HDMI ports for adding multiple screens with ease.

It’s nice, but……

It is much faster than our old machine and the display and touch screen features are great. Randomly and for no reason I can determine, it freezes and the screen goes black. After several minutes, it wakes back up, but anything that was open has to be reopened. I’ve had it back to the store twice for evaluation, but cannot duplicate this phenomenon.

It does strange things (blacks out, etc). Also, limited number of USB ports (all in the back, none on side) so that constrains me somewhat on what I can attach. Use it for basic tasks. Good price. Microsoft products don't help matters.
