Computer is very nice and operates fine, The Geek Squad Techs came out to our home and did the set ups. Everything seemed tooperate fine. The only negative to speak of at this time, was when we had to call the online Geek Tech to remove a bllop for the Game Pass sign up. It would pop up every time when the computer came on and cover much of the screen. The online Geek Tech was asked to only remove the game pass pop up and NOT to alter or change anything else. This computer is brand new and the Geek Squad Techs Were just ouit here a couple of days ago and set everything up. We did not want anything changed except the pop up.They were asked 3 different times to insure they understood. Whilke I watch the remote work being done, I noticed thata this tech was changing several settings on various pages. There was no communication between the second level tech and myself. all my communication was with the first level tech. When the tech was done and I went to check my computer, I discovered that many of my programs no longer worked. Not knowing what all the online remote tech altered, I had to call the local Geek Tech back out to my house and straighten out the mess created by the online Tech. That issued tainted my injoyment of the brand new computer. The online tech did what he was asked not to do. Another online tech verified that the tech was informed not to change anything but the game pop up.

We are happy with All-in-One computer. This style is so nice without all the cords our old computer had. My husband using more than me because I am on a computer all day at work, but he and my son love the computer.

We wanted to upgrade our nearly 10 year old desktop and the all-in-one feature of this model was attractive. It is much faster than our old machine and the display and touch screen features are great. Randomly and for no reason I can determine, it freezes and the screen goes black. After several minutes, it wakes back up, but anything that was open has to be reopened. I’ve had it back to the store twice for evaluation, but cannot duplicate this phenomenon.

It has been a great computer. Gave it to my mother, and has worked perfectly.

Good computers. My only issue is having to turn them back on everyday when they are suppose to be in sleep mode Then it ask me to restart the computer because it didn’t close down correctly.
