it takes up less space and so far so good....not really a fan of how it slanted to the back more but placed mounts under the back and its good!

My Mac was starting to slow down a bit but wasn't going to cough up Apple iMac money again. Really don't need to do anything like video gaming or editing so made no sense to replace it, I'll just use it until it finally craps out. Got this one on sale and, basically, for me, it's an oversize immobile tablet. Just use it to surf the internet and check emails. Handles all that just fine. My only complaint is that the monitor can't be moved/tilted; just stays in straight upright position. Guess I can put something under the front legs to tilt the screen back a bit.

I love Dell pc’s. The Geek Squad was so helpful and fast. They transferred everything the data and installed my Microsoft Office with no problems

This is the third or fourth Dell Inspiron computer I've purchased from Best Buy, and it has not disappointed me. It's easy to navigate through programs and none of my files were lost during the transfer from my old one.

Perfect desktop for doing school work and not taking up entirely too much space.

This PC was purchased as "Open Box". It was only available in NYC at a very congested area with no legal parking. I sent my daughter in to pick it up. It was given as a loose PC and a cord, no box, no packing and no documents. The store refused any assistance and would not even verify proper operation. PS: when I turned it on the screen was a total fail, with just one vertical stripe. I entailed substantial time and expense to pick this up and later return it. Best Buy is very tough when I return things but has no qualms knowingly selling defective goods.

Love this desktop! I'm not too computer savvy, but I find myself learning more of this desktop's capabilities each day! And I got it for a great price, in addition to having Geek Squad help for a year!

Purchased about three weeks ago and so far so good. Easy to set up and use. Touch screen and zoom functionality is a bonus but since screen is big and clear I have not needed to use it
