We purchased a Dell Inspiration computer with wireless mouse and keyboard. Because it didn't work, we made an appointment with the Greek Squad. When we arrived, I was told there was no scheduled appointment. Although I've never had that problem before, we decided to wait until an agent was available. When we received assistance, we were shown that there was a small chip missing under the keyboard. Without it the keyboard would not operate. We were told that we had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse. It was not our fault, but the agent insisted that was our only option. He also said the computer would not operate with the router. We were told to contact our cable company and request another cable box. I connected the computer with the router we'd previously purchased at Best Buy without any problem. I'm appalled that we had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse. The missing item was not included on the new keyboard. It's also disturbing that the agent knew less than I did. We have purchased our previous computer, router, printer, a television, and other large appliances from Best Buy. It is very unlikely that I will make any more purchases from this store.

While not a techie, this desktop is very reliable and was easy to set up. I love that it has facial recognition and touch screen capability.

it is a very nice machine and easy to use. How ever the instructions for set up and how to use need more detail. also a lighted keyboard would be nice and should be bigger like the logitec keyboards

Love the touchscreen feature! The only concern I have is that it seems to error out and need restored if it sits more than 24 hours without use.

Overall a good product. But not as intuitive to use as some Dell computers I’ve had. All working well now and love the big screen. Initial setup very easy
