    This PC was purchased as "Open Box". It was only available in NYC at a very congested area with no legal parking. I sent my daughter in to pick it up. It was given as a loose PC and a cord, no box, no packing and no documents. The store refused any assistance and would not even verify proper operation. PS: when I turned it on the screen was a total fail, with just one vertical stripe. I entailed substantial time and expense to pick this up and later return it. Best Buy is very tough when I return things but has no qualms knowingly selling defective goods.
