Problems with computer purchase.

Because it didn't work, we made an appointment with the Greek Squad. When we arrived, I was told there was no scheduled appointment. Although I've never had that problem before, we decided to wait until an agent was available. When we received assistance, we were shown that there was a small chip missing under the keyboard. Without it the keyboard would not operate. We were told that we had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse. It was not our fault, but the agent insisted that was our only option. He also said the computer would not operate with the router. We were told to contact our cable company and request another cable box. I connected the computer with the router we'd previously purchased at Best Buy without any problem. I'm appalled that we had to purchase a new keyboard and mouse. The missing item was not included on the new keyboard. It's also disturbing that the agent knew less than I did. We have purchased our previous computer, router, printer, a television, and other large appliances from Best Buy. It is very unlikely that I will make any more purchases from this store.
