Happy Wife, Happy Life (loves her new system)

She is a "tidy" person and having an All-In-One is exactly what she needed in her small desk space. Plus, it is very fast as wasn't completely cluttered with Dell-installed "things" like some systems we've gotten in the past. For average users this is a wonderful system.

Not happy at all

I purchased it in July 2024. From the very start, a blue screen would pop up during the sleep cycle causing me to shut down the computer at night. Just recently, the blue plastic piece in the USB port broke - rendering the port useless. The right shift key literally sticks into the keyboard - when this happens the keyboard is unresponsive. Dell has not been helpful with the USB issue - suggested I purchase a new mother board as the warranty does not cover this issue. The right shift key issue just happened. I have already decided to get rid of this computer and purchase a reliable one from another source other than Best Buy.

Personal Workhorse

It is fun to locate controls buried in the menus and realize that something new has been solved. So far it has met all my needs and there are thousands of additional things I have not gotten to yet.

Very thankful for Geek Squad Total Tech excellent service. I am very pleased with Dell AIO Inspiron and Windows 11.
