Its the weirdest feeling having a laptop a a single cord to worry about. The conveninece of setting it up almost anywhere like a laptops, w the comfort only a desktop can provide.

Just received it today. So disappointed!!! There is NO keyboard and mouse in the box. The worst is, the stand is broken apart! The charger/adapter is full of dust and some pet hair. It’s a total an used computer.

This is the first Dell computer I’ve ever purchased (I always purchased GP in the past). The screen is smaller than my previous computer but it has great picture quality. Really like it.

I ordered this computer for school that starts this Wednesday. It wasn’t packed right and won’t update. It’s useless. I can’t exchange it because I need it by Wednesday. I can’t afford a replacement that’s 300 more than this and I only have 200, So basically to do school I am going to have to keep this piece of crap that won’t update until I get my loan and then get a new one. So it is going to cost me all together 1300 for a800 computer because of Best Buy. I will never shop here again. Do not buy open box computers. They will come unable to update or plain broken. I bought it in excellent condition. Sure!!! It’s crap. I am beyond upset and now will have to use this piece of junk that won’t update until I get my loan because they won’t work with me. I’m not rich I can’t afford this kind of crappy customer service and total rip off. Buyer beware never buy from this store you will get robbed. I’m done with BestBuy. They are costing me 1300 for a 800 computer what a rip off.

I own three different Dell computers. I went with another computer brand, and it lasted two months. I went back to Dell; I will never stray again.

Good viewing. Adjustments are easy. The Windows11 software is touchy and sometime erratic: it's not as comfortable as Windows10. Overall a good product for the price.

Love this. Works great for my family to use for school, and for. E to occasionally use for work.

Nothing like it for the price. SOld all of my business needs. Clean look due to integrated speakers, camera, micrphone. I love this aio.

This is a great all-in-one! I was hesitant because I have always purchased towers. This was my first all-in-one and I have to say it's great! Very easy to set up!

This computer is great with fast speed and can handle all day to day computer projects. Also, the hideaway camera is nice as well.

Super. Just what we were looking for. Everything is in order.

The receptionist or sales person was exceptional. The price was a good deal too.

Issues right off the bat. The machine would not boot properly, would cycle through a boot and then turn off. I cut the power, restarted, and then ran a full hardware check on the Bios. EVerything came back clean, so we did a full shut down and restart and then it turned on like nothing. When I brought this up to customer service, they kept me on the phone for almost an hour, arguing with me, talking over me, and lying to me about all their supervisors being in a meeting so they wouldn't have to get me to a supervisor. This machine was deployed in Elko, which means that I would need to drive a minimum of 4 hours nonstop to pick it up and bring it back. The store will be closed before I can get back. And all I can get is a representative telling me that they won't honor what their website says, that I can return the device on the 23rd. 15 days from the 8th.

Does as advertised. Only issue is i will need to buy more RAM to run games.

My wife's 10 yr old all in one desktop finally bit the dust! So for the light work that needed in her home office, this unit should last another 10 yrs........

Device works well. Very quiet when running compared to my old one.
