    Issues right off the bat. The machine would not boot properly, would cycle through a boot and then turn off. I cut the power, restarted, and then ran a full hardware check on the Bios. EVerything came back clean, so we did a full shut down and restart and then it turned on like nothing. When I brought this up to customer service, they kept me on the phone for almost an hour, arguing with me, talking over me, and lying to me about all their supervisors being in a meeting so they wouldn't have to get me to a supervisor. This machine was deployed in Elko, which means that I would need to drive a minimum of 4 hours nonstop to pick it up and bring it back. The store will be closed before I can get back. And all I can get is a representative telling me that they won't honor what their website says, that I can return the device on the 23rd. 15 days from the 8th.
