Was solid until random, computer generated restarts began (every 10-20 minutes like clockwork). Then once restarted, it would freeze up (unable to use mouse or keyboard) which required a manual restart. Was on the phone with Dell support for two hours running diagnostics but they were unable to pinpoint problem. Said they would send a part to a local technical to install but couldn't be sure it would fix the issue...and oh yes, the part may/may not be in stock. Could not give me a definitive time for repair. Who can be without their computer for a week, maybe two when it is used for their employment as well personal needs? I had no choice but to purchase another computer (not a Dell, for sure) and was told that I would not get any financial reparation because I purchased the computer from Best Buy and not Dell direct so there was no direct financial exchange between myself and Dell. Never again will I purchase a Dell computer...this is the first time I've ever taken the time to give a negative review to a product I've purchased hoping I can help eliminate someone else from going through the "hoo-haw" I've had to these past few weeks.
