Faulty

I hardly use this computer and with all the things I have to worry about this is one that I never thought I would have to worry about that soon. Best Buy is my to go store for all electronics because I trust this store. I am disappointed

It constantly goes into a mode were it will say " Recovery, Looks like windows didn't load correctly" and when it does this it looses everything I had open.
