    This was a open box item I purchased and I think I know why it was a open box. It constantly goes into a mode were it will say " Recovery, Looks like windows didn't load correctly" and when it does this it looses everything I had open.

    Has to be restarted frequently. Fails to load windows correctly sometimes twice in a row. Doesn't recognize my printer occasionally.

    faulty computer , I purchased 09/2023 for $1,030 last night I tried to turn it on , looked like it was on but the screen remained black. I hardly use this computer and with all the things I have to worry about this is one that I never thought I would have to worry about that soon. Best Buy is my to go store for all electronics because I trust this store. I am disappointed
