    Item returned June 2025: R.I.P. When it arrived, it was unusable. Even the Geek Squad could not revive it. There is not enough room here to describe the problems and the diligence of the Geek Squad team as they tried to fix the problem. We concluded the computer needed to be returned and a new brand was purchased. Dell = 1 Star. GEEK SQUAD= 5 Star.

    The computer seems fine and works well. The data transfer did not go well. The Geek Squad person had to come back and he got most of the data that I needed (my contact list for one), but after he left, I could not get it to come up again.
