We love our new computer, the day it was set up I finally got to type up a letter to our granddaughter that live in IA. It is great to be able to sit at the computer and do whatever I want to do on it, with having to worry if I am going to have issues with it.

Been using this computer for my WFH. It's been fantastic. I've never had an all-in-one before, but I highly suggest them. No tower to deal with, but a desktop feel. The resolution, sound, and processing seem to work great. Beautiful sleek design and easy setup.

I stayed with a Dell computer that is what I have used before. The all in one takes a small amount of space fits easily in the space that I have. Am able to use my old keyboard and mouse the size is better. The one that came with the computer is much to large for my space

Totally pleased with the purchase of the Dell computer we bought. Extremely easy to set up and even though arrival was delay a couple of days it's was still worth the little wait. It surpasses our old Dell computer that we purchased in 2017 that died.

I was looking for a basic computer with Windows 10 to replace an older Dell. This is working very well. There was a problem with the fan not starting but after updating the BIOS, all is perfect. I like the touch screen and actually signed a document on it! Nice!

The BEST desktop I have ever had. The best COMPUTER I have had period actually. Came in perfect condition when I bought it new and I am pretty sure it came with free software protection which was awesome as well. It is a beautiful touch all-in-one.

Overall, the functionality of the desktop works great! The startup is pretty quick and the picture quality is very sharp. As for the the camera, I wish It were a clearer picture for the price so having to buy a webcam that shows a clear video In addition to what I already paid does not make me happy. I would recommend this product.

had some trouble out of the box. broken in the packaging. however, replacement by best buy was not a problem. the broken unit was accepted back and a similar unit was found for us immediately. again, set up easy and it is working fine for our home use.

This is the perfect all in one for our office. It is touch screen, wifi enabled and serves our case management staff perfect with having clients sign and immediately email the documents from one interaction with the client. Couldn't be happier with it.

I purchased this computer because I am a teacher and knew I needed it to teach my class from my home, and a laptop just wouldn't cut it. I was correct... but I missed the mark with this particular model unfortunately. I love the touch screen, and the size of the screen is perfect. However it overheats when you use it for more than a few hours. The built in microphone also just will randomly stop working out of nowhere, which is super when you have 16 seven year olds staring at you and screaming 'I can't hear you!!!!!!' I'm just not okay with the fact that this computer is not even 2 months old and is already having major issues like that. No I did not purchase the Geek Squad protection because I knew it would only be used that heavily for a few months, and figured there was no reason it shouldn't be able to handle that much. Boy was I wrong... very disappointing.

Easy to set up and use, the wireless keyboard and mouse are convenient. My only annoyance is the SD slot is on the back where it isn't exactly convenient to access, it could have or should have been put on the side. Aside from that, love it!

Purchased a new computer, Microsoft Office and an external hard drive. Made an appointment to have files transferred from old to new computer. Transfer was done in a timely manner. Courteous, knowledgeable experience in a safe environment.

Great computer system and easy to setup in my office lab. We are all female ran company so when we have to install new hardware we want it as simple as possible and as light as possible this is perfect and it runs great.

To my surprise, I have gotten used to Window 10 on this computer. The computer is user friendly and would highly recommend it. Also, the Geek Squad did an excellent job transferring the data from my old computer to this one.

Love it. Female voice speaks simple instructions to you so you can set it up immediately. Only problem is the keyboard and mouse that come with it doesn't work with the PC at all. Seamless and efficient product otherwise.

excellent computer for students or to make your company documents ... with a processor that allows you to open several pages at the same time without losing speed. my children happy to do their homework at school. an excellent purchase ...

I bought this All in One Desktop for my daughter and it was so easy to set up! She needed a new computer for her Zoom meetings and ease of completing up coming homework assignments. And I love it too.

Love the size of the monitor. Also like the two legs. I have a regular desk and when I need to pay bills, the keyboard fits perfectly under monitor for more room on desk top.

Honestly I have little knowledge of computers so I can’t get really technical, but other than that I really like it. I use for school a lot and sometimes personal. Sometimes I do forget it’s touchscreen and when I go and clean it when it’s on I click all these random icons. Do recommend though!
