It is a decent desktop computer for the price you pay. I didn't expect much from this purchase since is lightly under $700. My wife needs a desktop to do her tax return for her and her friends every year, so I researched and got this one for her. It is a big bang for the buck. You got 256 GB SSD memory and it is good for quick turn on where it turns out instantly and you don't have to sit there and wait. the core i3 is said to be slower than its sibling i5 i7 but for our usage purpose, we don't see any difference. Unless you do core intensive tasks like gaming or video editing, you hardly see any difference. In short, we are happy with it. I also like Dell. It came clean without much loaded software or applications that you eventually may find you don't need them and delete. I gave a four stars because the monitor is not above average. The display is not as good as my other Dell's products, but legible. Still it is a good computer.

I love that the whole computer is just the monitor. I have it connected to wi-fi and move it around the house when I need to watch multiple sporting events at once. Love the wireless mouse and keyboard that came with.

The computer was a success. I ordered and picked up at my store. Got home and set it up. The setup process was simple enough a 9 year old did it. The computer is a space saver, having the brains attached.

I haven’t had a Dell for years, but this one is great. No problems, plug and play with two other monitors, had to add usb hub because it isn’t easy to get to the Back.

Another open box purchase success! Note that the wireless keyboard and mouse are already programmed to the screen. One toggle (found inside the mouse by the battery compartment) is all that is needed to make use of keyboard and mouse. The toggle from the mouse goes behind the computer screen. Voila! Thanks Best Buy support for the hour of your time and helping this technology-beginner learn what’s what! So excited and relieved all I needed was in fact included!

Wife wanted an easy replacement for her aging laptop - bought an all in one. Super convenient, and clean on the desktop with wireless keyboard and mouse.

Staff like having a all-in-one computer to save desk space. Wish the power button was easier to locate - had to put a label next to it until all staff find it (especially the temp ones). It also isn't as attractive or fast as the other one I purchased.

I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to set up. I have been using a laptop for several years and the desktop has been a nice change with the bigger screen and fast start up.

These were computers I purchased to put in my office for my team members. I really like the look of this computer. Very stylish! Easy to setup, and very easy to install software, printers etc.

Works well, very fast. It was surprisingly good at doing everything I asked it to.Quick-books, office and Internet stuff. Nice and sharp screen that also happens to be touch.

This was purchased specifically to run Obsidian Onyx Lighting Control Software. We are using it in a church, and it works great. Has a nice clean feel and the touch screen seems very accurate.

We purchased this computer a month ago for our 7th grader to use for remote learning. He loves it! He loves how it looks, the resolution of the screen, and the quality of the speakers. The camera is good, although we upgraded to a separate unit. He has not had very much need for the touch screen yet, but when he has used it he finds it very responsive. This computer has definitely minimized the tech portion of the many home learning challenges.

On sale price was good. Have not yet opened the box to set it up. I am a senior citizen and need my grandson to help me set it up. Looking forward to using it daily. Like the smaller foot print. My 10 year old desk top has a large CPU.

I purchased this computer for my daughter. She is able to use teams, watch tv and play games on the system. I have no complaints and very happy with the purchase.

Great home office computer. Great for all ages. Love the touch screen feature and the ability to hide the camera. Overall this computer is perfect for our household.

It's a bit slow, which I expected but it works well for what I need it to do. If you're looking for something faster, definitely look into a faster processor. But if you're looking for a basic computer, this is a good one.

I absolutely love the ease of operation. I have MS, so I have a hard time seeing, this computer has really helped me to be able to carry out my everyday tasks.
