1. Click Start and select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Recording Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.

Overall is good. The touch functionality is good.

I have not used a computer in over 10 years and was not aware how much computers had changed. I requested a Geek technician to show me how to use this thing. There was no instruction booklet with the computer and the only instructions that I was given was how to access my emails. I am not happy at all with this purchase.
