Not what I ordered

Better than I would have thought
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know Dell makes amazing product, I know SSD is light years ahead of HDD but it's still better than I would have thought. Set up was easy, Cortana was nice, and Microsoft Edge looks okay but I didn't give it a chance. I got what browser I like and that's what I like. Connecting set up straight out of the box light easy well packed, can't say enough great things about this product. Nice home computer or personal computer for someone who doesn't do a lot of over the top stuff.

Excellent all-in-one
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were a little worried that the i3 processor would be underpowered, but it works like a champ! Unboxing and assembly is ridiculously easy as even someone with zero computer experience can put it together. The box contains the computer itself, as well as a wireless mouse and keyboard and the power cord. Turning on the machine, setup is a breeze, especially if you already have a microsoft account set up. Once the setup is out if the way, you are good to go. During the covid pandemic, my son has been home doing his schooling via e-learning. He has been using his laptop to join his video classes and the wear and tear was taking it’s toll on the screen hinge. Getting this computer has been a godsend. It has a pop-up camera that works great and my son loves the fact that it’s a touchscreen. As far as gaming is concerned, my son has a gaming laptop to run his main games, but he does play some games on this computer and it handles them great! No lagging or anything. We are very happy with this computer and see now how good an economically priced computer can function.

Good Overall Computer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is great for casual use, work from home or remote learning. The display looks great and the touch screen feature is ice to have. The amount of storage is good. I love that everything is wireless so there is no unsightly wires all over the place. My only complaint is that the web cam seems to be a little flimsy, but that can be fixed by buying an external webcam.

Nice entry level all-in-one computer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, this is a nice all-in-one. It comes complete with a keyboard & mouse. It has a nice, yet not spectacular, 24" screen. It has all the various ports you would expect at this price point including plenty of USB ports. The 11th gen i3 processor is very nice. Better than I would have expected for an i3 to be honest. Combined with the 8gb RAM and the 256gb PCIe solid state hard drive, everything runs smoothly. 256gb solid state seems to be a standard these days. I think the makers expect everyone to have external drives to hook to computers these days for storage and you will certainly want one here. Keep in mind where this computer fits in. This is really meant to be a web surfing, business or school work and media computer. What I would not recommend this for would be gaming or photo & video editing. These specs would actually be below the minimum you would want for those kinds of intensive applications. If you have only seen this computer online, you might be surprised at how small & light it is. This isn't a bad thing. It will fit nicely in any room and a 24" screen is plenty big enough when you are sitting close to it. I will say that the build quality feels a bit cheap. Flimsy feeling plastic. However, this isn't a laptop so in reality you are going to set it up and leave it in one spot so none of that should really matter. Keeping in mind that this is not a power machine for intensive applications, it is actually a pretty nice computer for the entire family.
