We bought this for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. It's touchscreen and wireless just like she wanted. The size is perfect for her desk. The screen is adjustable and when my daughter is sitting on her bed, she slightly pulls the top part of the screen in to slant it so she can watch her movies comfortably. The web cam is hidden on the top and all she does it push on it to bring it up and push it down when she isn't using it. That was one of the best features because we are so use to putting stickers over our built-in webcams. She no longer deals with stickers and constantly cleaning the camera off when the stickers leave residue behind. It's also a lot easier to clean since it is an all-in-one. No more trying to spray into the tower and obviously less time with the cleaning and maintenance.

I'm so happy that I ordered this computer. I had a similar Dell All-in-One that was about 5 years old. It was still working but decided to upgrade to this one that has more memory, a much faster drive and minimal Bloatware I was not disappointed. It was easy to set up, and has more features than the older version. I'm not a computer geek or a gamer but I needed something that I was able to plug in, follow the prompts etc. I had it up and running within 15 minutes (not counting the Windows updates). I've had it for almost 2 months and have had no issues. It takes up very little space on my compact work desk and has enough USB ports for my needs. The computer arrived within 2 days after I placed my order! Great customer service!

Great computer for point of sale as they are touchscreens. Includes a good quality wireless keyboard and mouse set to keep stations looking nice and less wires visible. Has a built in webcam that can be closed for privacy when not needed. Purchased 6 of these All-In-Ones for a dry cleaning business. There is the normal Dell and McAfee junkware installed that you will need to remove but because of the SSD that is a pretty quick process. There are only 4 usb ports so be aware of that if you have more than 3 peripherals to install other than the wireless keyboard/mouse which uses a USB dongle. One of the All-In-Ones I received had a bad screen the backlight was only partial working was able to exchange this at a store pretty easily though.

Perfect setup for our purpose. This is for an 83 year old, where they like the use of a keyboard and a mouse, for browsing, large display, etc. The processing speed is great for browsing and minor file work. The screen size is great, and the footprint is perfect. The touch screen is a bonus, and the pop up camera is pretty good for zoom calls, etc. the fact you can pop it up/down is great for privacy. This replaces a laptop, which largely stayed in one place on a table/desk, so this takes up much less room, and serves the same purpose. The only reasons for not putting 5 stars on quality - mouse and keyboard are a bit flimsy - the camera could be a little better, but it's still quite good

I replaced my older All In One Desktop which was very slow. This desktop works fast! It was easy to hook up and takes up little space. Nice big touch screen. I'm really happy with it.

I brought this for my 10 year old and he loves it! Great price, great performance and nice touch screen. He likes that it runs smoothly

Have had approximately one year now. Love, love, love it compared to a laptop especially with being over 50 and nearsighted. Very, very happy with this purchase.

I love my new computer. I have been working from home for a year on my laptop, so the increase in screen size is wonderful. It was super easy to set up and I haven't turned my laptop on since I got this. It runs fast, the graphics are clear - I don't really use the touch screen but it does work :). I do a lot of design work and the clarity of the large monitor is going to help me create better products since I can see so clearly. I did have to change some things around on my desk so that I could fit it where I wanted it - and now I actually have more space to work with.

Awesome computer! Its perfect for my needs whether im connecting remotely as I work from home, streaming or editing it doesn't disappointment.

Very user friendly. Has lots of storage. Cortana comes on sometimes without calling her name. But overall nice computer

I use this computer in our business as a reception terminal. It is used constantly for checking clients in/out, booking appointments, etc. In this capacity it's perfect, the touch screen has worked perfectly, and it's performance is great for this application, I wouldn't recommend it for gaming, or high demand applications like CAD or detailed design applications, but for normal uses it's a great value.

It's a good machine for the price. Super easy to set up. Very clean on the desk and takes up little space. The sound is great as is the web cam. Great for medium workloads, like web browsing, listening to music, live streaming, video conferencing, office tasks. I hadn't use it with Adobe software and likely wouldn't as someone who uses that software would probably use a more powerful machine.

I love the all in one desktop with touch screen. I like the fact that the hard drive is located under the screen. I have a small apartment and am about to buy a small computer desk. It wouldn’t fit a tower under the table. The only problem is that the dongle for the wireless keyboard and mouse was missing from the box. I have contacted customer support. Hopefully, they’ll send me one.

this is a good choice i wish to get new one, I need it

This was the first All in One PC I have purchased. I did have Geek Squad visit to remove pop ups that were built in. Happy with speed and operating of machine. Easy to unpack and it was ready to go in 10 minutes. The large touch screen is wonderful. My use is email and web news, ordering supplies. Very happy with this purchase.
