We bought a desktop beginning of June, Geek squad guy came in to install it June 17th. we were overwhelmed on the 1st day, to learn so many new features. We asked the guy if he could come in again some time soon so that we'll be ready with all our questions after using it for some time. I called him at least 6 times & left messages, he text me few times that he would let me know after checking his schedule. It is almost a month now. I know he is busy but we just want a date to let us know when he can make it. We are very disappointed. wasted money in geek sqad. Very unsatisfactory

I am a senior citizen and like most hate change, When my computer died, the thought of getting a new one was horrifying. After research I settled on the "Dell-Inspiron 24". I'm so glad I did. It came all in one box ready to go. I set it up by myself in just minutes. It's not a laptop but this all in one unit is ideal for home office and to take on long camping trips.

while as a child's advocate, I find this computer to be "Just what the doctor ordered"...as I work from my small cubicle, I am grateful for this All-In- One Tower-less set up. I am grateful for the quality of your sales staff, as she (Ms. Dora Razo) played a very important roll in my making a decision.

The Dell Microsoft 24" Touch-Screen All in One is by far one of the most reliable computers as far as overall performance and speed. I use it for multiple things such as school work, zoom meetings, and gaming. Overall, this computer satisfies all needs of anyone who is in school and needs multiple windows open at once and or needs to save and submit files easily. It is easy to navigate the home screen and web browsers as well as comes with many built-in features such as "talk-to-speech" which I personally used to write long papers. It is also a touchscreen that can serve as a lifesaver if your mouse suddenly dies because you forgot to pick up batteries from the store. I love the features that it provides as well as the built-in pop-up camera and built-in speaker bar. I have had multiple computers in the past and this one is the quickest, the most reliable, and the most aesthetically pleasing. If you are looking for something slim and compact but looks nice on your desk, I highly recommend you to purchase this from your local Best Buy.

bought this computer to replace my HP all-in-one- I kept getting system error issues on the HP and decided no more for me. Dell is always a great computer and the price was reasonable. So far no issues with this Dell and hopefully, will not have any system issues. I love all-in-one's because they don't take up a lot of space.
