Dell Intel Core i3 is the perfect computer for the home office! The computer itself is built into the monitor. At first I thought it was a sound bar. Haha! When I realized it was the actual computer, I was so elated by the space I would save!

It's doing great so far as I needed a new updated computer. Easy to use and lightweight.

I am currently in the process of installing software to my purchase of PC. This was a Christmas present so that is why I am starting to do it now. Had an initial problem getting the keyboard and mouse that came with the Dell to work. USB was in the mouse so I didn't see it. My son found it. That is now up and running and I will continue the rest of the installation today. I have in past years installed about ten computers/devices so I am somewhat knowlegable.

Very happy with the All in One Dell Computer; appreciate no wires or tower on desk. As such, also like the wireless mouse and keyboard. Nice bright screen and easy to read. Very happy with my purchase.

Purchased this in 2020 for my son during the Covid shut-in period. It has been an excellent computer for him! He games on it every day, even still! You will have a hard time effectively playing things like Fortnite or very high-graphics games, but anything else is a total GO! He plays Roblox seamlessly, uses several animation apps, and streams videos constantly. I’ve used it myself for several work tasks, including meetings, document editing, accounting, you name it! Best purchase I’ve ever made from Best Buy!

Got the computer last month and the screen went out. Worst buy of my entire life.

We bought this to replace a two year old HP product that was similar but died way too soon. We are really enjoying this computer. Set up was a breeze. I am in no means a techy guy but I had it set up and operational in about 30 minutes. That includes unboxing, setting up and transferring data over from our internal hard drive. The graphics are crisp, the touch screen works well and the speed is better than anticipated. The kids use it for gaming and so far no complaints. I use it for a combination of personal and business use and the computer itself is awesome. (I am not all that happy with the microsoft subscription service for Office but that is not related to Dell). We opted to keep our old wireless mouse and key board because they are an upgraded version. We have saved the mouse and key board that came with this unit as a back up. So far, so good on everything. We are pleased with the product and when the price dropped during the holidays, Bestbuy refunded us the difference so we are also happy with BestBuy. My only criticism so far is that the web cam seems a little cheap when you pop it up. It works fine but when you push it down to pop it up it seems a little flimsy. So far, that has not been a problem. Not enough of an issue to detract from the 5 stars.

This Dell All-in-One Desktop computer is great. Takes up no room on the desk, simple to setup, looks great and very speedy. The old design fault is the all the USB ports are on the back. So in order to insert a memory stick or and USB item you must turn the screen around to insert. For those of you that us a CD Drive, it doesn't have one.

I have been working from home since March and the start of Covid-19 quarantine. My only computer was a 10 year old laptop, which I hooked up to 19" flat screen TV. This worked for a while but became unbearably slow with all the programs I had to run. I researched new and used laptops, and desktops and eventually settled on All-in-One systems. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised! This thing is fast and was easy to setup. I can do my job again. Only drawback is it has a small hard drive, so I purchased 1TB external. Doesn't come with CD burner either, but not a deal breaker. Happy with this purchase.

I bought this PC because I am a teacher teaching remote. I just wanted something that was reliable where I can zoom with my students. This computer exceeded all of my expectations. The speed is very fast, very user-friendly and the touch screen is an added perk. Very happy with my purchase. It was also very easy to set up

I absolutely LOVE this computer. It has a beautiful display, the touchscreen is very responsive, and the audio is surprisingly good for being on-board audio. I haven't yet tried to do anything extremely taxing to gauge the performance, but I can say that I can have several chrome windows, word, and a couple of excel spreadsheets open at once while using tools like snip with no decrease in performance. The only thing I would want to change is to have more USB ports, but that can be fixed with a USB hub. I am pleased with my purchase. I think it's a great value for the pricepoint.

I purchased this computer because of the touchscreen. Its fast and quick. I would definitely recommend this product to the world. Now I'm searching for a printer that's compatible with my Dell desk top.... I am a happy customer with great expectations of using this desk top for my small resume hone base business. Extremely happy with the performance, quality and portability of this all-in-one Dell. I love that the keyboard and mouse are wireless, but wish it came with cord to plug-in for emergency situations. Built in webcam is nice as well.

Overall it seems to be a good computer. The monitor is nice and it's awesome not having a tower. Mouse is a little weird and won't work on my mousepad. I'm mostly leaving this review to save someone a trip because I had some trouble connecting a 3rd monitor to the computer. There is only 1 HDMI out port on this computer so you will need to connect 1 monitor to that HDMI>HDMI and then buy a USB 3.0 docking station to connect the 3rd monitor VGA>VGA. Best Buy's staff is zero help. The chat rep couldn't help me and their in-store rep said I needed an HDMI splitter but all that will do is make monitor 2 & 3 mirror one another.
