This unit met all of our needs, my wife needed something she could use for her remote office. The SSD disk is fast and is large enough, the webcam is decent, and it fits well in her small office area. We'd buy it again.

The touch screen is a big plus for my 4 yo who is in pre-school...doing herWaterford homework is much easier! The whole family loves the purchase; the sound is great. I’ll totally recommend this computer to friends and family members

I really love this AIO from Dell. I have been a hardcore Asus fan for a while and was not happy when I couldn't get one of theirs, but very happy with this Dell. I did buy a different keyboard and mouse, other than that, GREAT!

I absolutely love this computer. It's definitely a space saver because there is no need for a tower. I love that it's touch screen and has a wireless mouse and keyboard. I will purchase one for my grandsons for this coming school year.

Great size, great customer support. This destop computer fits my eeds. Reall like the fact that the video camera can be hidden so it does not accidentally send out info. -No more stickers on the front of my computer <smile>

Absolutely love this PC. Needed a new PC to replace the virtual PC on a Mac for a critical application. Nice large screen with minimal footprint. Touch screen works well. Set-up was simple and well guided. Highly recommend.

I was so excited to get this and after an easy set up I was enjoying it's big screen and fast speed. I had read about a blue line but ignored the reviews. Less than 24 hours, it developed the blue line right down the middle. It went straight back.

Purchased two of these. One for my law office and the other for my home where my daughter will be attending school remotely this year. Very pleased with both units and their performance. The built-in webcam comes in clutch.

I bought this computer for my fiance to use for our business. She loves all the features. Great speed and awesome camera for our zoom meetings. Great built in speaker as well. Overall I would highly recommend this Dell computer.

I've had it a few weeks and not thrilled. I'm a photographer and like to work off of 2 computers. My 3 year XPS All-in-one is really slowing down, so I got this. For whatever reason, running Lightroom and Photoshop---is slow! It shouldn't for this processer. If you don't need to access any ports easily, you will be fine. ALL ports are on the back. You can't reach them with an arm or go underneath...you have to move it out to put your flash drive in. No SD card port. Like many computers now, no DVD port either--don't care about that. You cannot use a mounting bracket if you want to put it off the desk like I do. I have a dual wall mount that is useless now for one of the brackets. Beautiful screen, easy set up for even a beginner. I needed the screen, speed, accessible ports, and to be able to hang it. I got the screen.

I love my new computer. It’s fast, quiet and has lots of updates. Getting started tutorials were available if needed. I really like the pop up camera and facial recognition for start up. I highly recommend this computer.

I bought this computer and didn’t realize how it has face ID technology to log you on and how its super fast. I would recommend it to anyone blows my computer at work out of the office. also sets up real fast which is a plus!!

Great computer - I have no problems with it. Work great from day 1 - a little trouble setting up the printer but got it after calling Geek squad. Will definitely recommend Best Buy for all my computer needs.

First All in one pc purchased and like the space savings. Very clear and bright screen and touch screen is nice feature. Wireless keyboard and mouse so no extra wires. Overall, like this Dell All In One very much.

I am an unapologetic Mac person but needed a new PC for some audio applications that I use that work better on PC than on Mac. I am very pleased with this computer for a PC, but it will never be a Mac. Using it is like driving a very nice older car that lacks the conveniences and operational qualities of a new BMW.

This computer is GREAT!!! I can find all my information quickly and correctly. I don't have any gliches like my old one. The crew at Best Buy is great by explaining everything to me in MY language.

Love this computer. It’s an updated version of what I had which was 10 yrs old the geek squad cane hooked it up the sane way my old computer was so it was exactly the same set up as my old computer I just love it

I have had many computers over the years (both laptops and desktops), but I am really enjoying this style of desktop. The screen is so easy to see and I like not having an extra tower and bulky computer set up.

We are using this for video streaming having connected a powerful yet inexpensive switcher to this and the computer has enough connections for our various needs as well as a processor that can handle the feeds
