I have never had a Dell computer before but I love it. I had no trouble finding what I needed as there were many associates available and knowledgeable about computers! Thank you Best Buy!

Very simple - very user friendly. Touch screen works perfectly! Not a fan of the mouse, but that wasn’t an issue whatsoever just a preference! Woul definitely recommend

This is an excellent all-in-one.... It is much lighter than my last one and Windows 10 makes it much easier to navigate and use. It is fast and very nice-looking on my desk. I had data transferred from my old all-in-one and I accessed documents at Geek Squad. The only problem I had at home was finding the button to turn on the screen! It did not occur to me to ask when at the Geek Squad! It is on the underside, the bottom right. You just push the button. I had been unable to find that information in the online manual so I texted Dell help. Very happy with this PC!

I’ve had this for over two months and have enjoyed it oh so much. Was in a desperate need of a computer and opted for this all in one after talking to BB salesperson. No regrets

Its still going strong - and its fast - its perfect for an office and using spread sheets. It has decent graphics - dont expect to play some hard core games.

Dell did an ok job with this unit it does boot up super fast but has a large desk footprint but performance is great

It's functional for what I need it to. It starts up quick. The processing is quick, as it should be. I really like this computer, so much I bought two!

We purchased two of these. One of them is still going strong. Kids love the touch screen functionality. The 2nd one died after 2 weeks of use. No damage, no crazy movement of the computer - the screen just went completely white with somewhat of a watermark image in the background. Googled this issue and couldn't find anything. This is a huge risk with these all-in-one computers, since once the screen dies, you have to replace the entire device.

Bought this computer to be used in a centrally located area of the home for everyone to use. It definitely meets our needs and looks clean and sleek. Very pleased!!
