I had bought an all-in-one from Best Buy in April of 2011. That computer is still working but not supported so I bought a new Dell all-in-one and I'm very pleased. I need to upgrade but really need it for working from home and bought a companion Dell 24" monitor. They work great. Highly recommend them.

Had to return the first one within a few weeks.

GEEK SQUAD tried to "fix" it online to no avail. Best Buy accepted the return and provided a new unit which has been in service for a few weeks without any issues. It is a compact package although it would be nice to have inbuilt CD capability. Overall, we are pleased with the unit and the Best Buy service.
