It was easy to setup. I am not real happy with the keyboard. It is a little flat and not elevated. It may just be that I have been typing for over 40 years and the non-elevated key board is something to get used to. I am also not very happy with the constant password requests. Other than that, so far so good.

Excellent Service. Very helpful. They greeted me and showed me where I needed to go. I was returning one computer for another and they took the computer to returns so that I wouldn't need to hold it while I waited, which was not a very long time. The returns person went and got the computer that I wanted.

The computer works great. I am very happy with it.

Haven't bought a home DeskTop and now that my we're home more it's good to have a DeskTop versus a LapTop all the time. This is a good system and would be awesome for most. I did return because after a couple of weeks I decided I wanted more power and better screen. I still thought this was a solid computer and a good value just not for me.

I am very pleased with this new computer and the help of the Geek Squad. It has reduced the clutter around my work station and helped me clear the never ending mess that seemed to be there. The screen is excellent, the controls are great and the slim lines are definitely a plus! Overall..... Five Big Stars!!

Touch screen Rocks. Great picture, slim all in one monitor, Wireless keyboard & accessory mouse. The touchscreen all in one tilts with stable frame support & has manual off/on button on bottom right , with an LED power light. Pretty good for an all in one.

My tech adviser gave me some specs for a new computer I knew I needed and recommended Best Buy. I found what I needed (the selection was very good) online and arranged to pick up the unit (an all-in-one) in the nearest store. The entire process was easy and fast and I think I got good value for my money.

We just purchased this computer to replace one we had for many years. It had lost its sound, and that was a result of a breakdown in the motherboard. So more breakdowns were clearly on the way. Our new computer is fast, has plenty of storage, and the functionality is user friendly.

-I found set up to be very quick & easy out of the box -Powers up very quickly -Has worked great for virtual school -I like how the camera comes out of the top of the computer only when needed. -This “all-in-one” computer really helped because I have a very small amount of space.

Bought this as a replacement for a lap top that stopped working. The only thing is it does not have an audio port for headphones so I had to buy an adapter that plugs into an HDMI port. Both Dell and Geek Squad said it had an audio port, but I have looked everywhere including underneath and there is no audio port. Aside from that it seems to be a good computer for our needs.
