We were looking for another all in one computer and the sales staff was extremely helpful and was able to get us quick delivery. Best Buy always comes thru. Great prices and fast delivery.

My wife and I needed a new computer and after looking around we found this one. We were surprised by how great of a value it was! No problems at all and now we are pleasantly surprised!

My first one without a tower, and touch screen is kinda Kool. Love the space saved. System so far is very nice. Only had it for a month now. Takes a minute to get used to the wide screen though.

Im having lots of issues, the computer doesn’t wake up, not all of the apps are compatible (I had them in my old computer with window 7), doesn’t want to add to my calendar, and so on. It doesn’t have a port for my flash drive on the side, I have to plug it on the back which is inconvenient since it is agains a wall. It was expensive and I expected to be wowed by it, I feel actually frustrated that I have to run a system update every other day in the hope that that would fix all the issues. Called Geek several times just to wait in the phone for hours

i am having problems going back and forth between screens. i usually have to hit the windows button on the left screen to have it work after being on the right screen.

this one have a perfec size for me,the rack let do it move the screen to the correct position ,great idea touch-screen but I prefer the mouse, and looks very nice.

Our other computer was over 9 years old and had gotten very slow. We are enjoying our updated and new computer. Used for personal use - and for my teaching career.

I love it. Super easy to set up, lightweight, fast. Love the screen size as well. Mostly use it for personal use, but use it to work from home from time to time.

It was so easy to install. I love the size of the screen. The fact that it has only one cord is amazing. I haven't had a desktop at home since the I can't even remember. Love it.

I have bought 4 of these in the past year. My customers love how fast that they boot up and ready to work. Just a good all around computer.

This is the best computer ever! With working from home- I needed to upgrade my computer. Easy setup. Beautiful picture and clear sound. I am beyond pleased with this product!

Seems okay but we keep getting a message about updates, that supposedly are urgent but every time we try to download them we get a message that it failed soooo...... Not really sure how to proceed. Anyway, other than that I guess it’s ok.

Love the computer...hate the keyboard...too small. Computer should have an upgrade available at time of purchase. However, the computer is absolutely a dream !!!

I had a few snafus in the form of defective computers on my way to buying this Dell, but I'm happy with my purchase and thankful every day that it is reliable.

My first All-in-One. Dell does it again. Awesome computer with fantastic screen color and sound. No more additional speakers required. Highly recommend.

Love this computer. Its very minimal on the space it takes up but sits very sturdy. Very happy with quality of the item. Would re-purchase and recommend.

Compared to my 5 yr old dell laptop seams a little slow. Switching to windows 10 is a little confusing but i'm getting used to that. other than slow , love the bigger screen and wireless connections.

I am a mother of four that I teach school online to and this computer has made my life so much easier! Fast and enough memory to do everything that is expected of the girls!

I’ve only had the computer for a few short weeks, so I’ve not had opportunity to utilize it very much as of yet. Thus far though, I’m very pleased with my purchase!

It worked well for the first month, but it is already having issues connecting to the internet via wifi and it has trouble connecting to the printer. i will probably be bringing it in since i got a protection plan
