Purchased this product to replace a laptop I have been using for years. I no longer need the convenience of a laptop as I'm now retired. This unit takes up less room than a standard desk top model and has the touch screen which I use form time to time. Overall, I recommend this product to anyone who needs a desk top model.

Works exceptionally well. Sound quality is good, better than most desktops. It’s nice to be back to a windows based computer. We had an iMac for over 9 years, we liked it but always felt we didn’t use it to its fullest. We all use windows based computers for work and school, so this makes it so much easier.

Dell all in one I 5 and no I 7 windows 8 to windows 11, just a huge upgrade . Also 16 of ram vs 8 helps too. Solid state hard drive is 500 Gb but should be 1 TB . I have external HD of 1 TB for storage. So much more integrated now.

We have had this computer for over six months now. Have not had any issues with it and it is extremely fast. Before this computer I’ve always purchased Walmart computers. I would get about six months of use out of them and then they would slow down. I would definitely purchase another one

LOVE this Dell Inspiron and the motherboard issue was covered under warranty. It did take quiet a bit of time due to the COVID-19 precautions of appointments and holding times to get it back. That's understandable. What isn't working is trying to get through to someone for an appointment when you don't have a computer. Guess that's to be expected as well. Overall, love it and would recommend it.

Dell Inspiron 24 touch screen all in one intel core i7 with 16gb memory has been a nice desktop computer. I really like the touch screen and the size with plenty of memory. All of the family has enjoyed quality time using it and for many years to come. Keep up the great work!!!

This is the second all In one Dell Inspiron I purchased and I really like it for the ease of installing it and the minimal amount of space required. I would strongly encourage others to consider buying this system. You will be surprise and happy that you brought a computer like this.

So far, just have it for a month, works perfectly. I love the look of the computer, the color and also how easy it makes everything for me. Dell is an amazing brand and por my previous experience the service and help I get was very good. So I hope Theres no difference with this new one.

I love it. DELL Product is highly recommended. Simple designed and pretty much elegant. The systems is accurate. I'm happy and satisfied to all what I needs for my home office. Keep up the best Dell and many thanks to the Best Buy and to the sale associate who helped me .

When I decided to get a new computer, of course, I started my search with laptops. Although I have had laptops for over 20+ years, I came across this Dell Inspiron "all-in-one" and was impressed with how thin and compact it is for a 24" screen. The entire computer is about the same size as my desktop monitor (which I used to connect my laptop.) So I decided to go with the all-in-one concept and hope I wasn't making a mistake. Great Choice! I love the large screen, clear images and lighting fast start-up and shut-down. As for performance, I can't see any difference when compared to my Surface Pro 7 (with the same i7/16/256 config.) My only complaint was the keyboard that came with the Inspiron was pretty cheesy so I purchased a Logitech K750 (solar charging keyboard/mouse.) Moving forward, I plan on continuing with an "all-in-one" for desktop and laptop when I travel. BTW: I store all files on OneDrive and use Office 365 so there's no concern for not having the files I need when traveling.

I was amazed at the compact size of the new computers. A far cry from my old Dell tower. I was able to reduce clutter. Clarity is excellent. I connected my older monitor so i can view on both screens. Even the sound quality is good and more memory.

computer speed is just what we were looking for . Del makes a great product - had office installed at the time of purchase to save a little money. Fits in my living room secretary perfectly. love it, the color is great, and the size of the screen easy to read ,

Excellent performance. Easy setup. Great sound (but I've added the Harman-Kardon set that I already owned for an even better performance). It does not have a built-in CD?DVD, but adding Dell's (about $40) was a snap. I'll be happy with it quite some time!

So far so good. It’s a fast little thing and does everything I need. Very convenient to have an all in one. My only complaint is the mouse. It’s like the mouse has lag time or goes to sleep. I might try a different mouse and see if it is better.

I haven’t had a desktop in 6+ years, they sure have come a long way! I love that this computer has 1 cord. Plug it in and off you go. Super fast and a huge screen. Pop up webcam that is there when you want it and easily put away when you don’t. A+++ from me!

Excellent computer!! I wanted the 27 inch screen but it was sold out. The speed is fast and have had no issues with it. Only drawback is the tilt of the screen is too limited. Wish it would tilt up and down a little more for camera use.

This all-in-one is excellent. It is quiet and fast. I purchased it for the office and bought another for home. I replaced the keyboard with an ergonomic Logitech - the keyboard that comes with the Dell is definitely not excellent.

easy to see- easy to use. Great product. i was able to set up additional monitor and use both windows immediately. this computer has a matte finish screen that allows less glare and is more easy on computer strained eyes.
