It's average but a bit pricey for average.

The screen is your average hd screen. I'm not impressed. I'd say spend the extra money and get a qhd or 4k screen. I felt like for the money I shouldn't feel like this is 10 years old. And for the sound alone I wouldn't buy it.

Below I have provided the steps to run the Microsoft Sound Troubleshooter. I have also included the full article link that has more options if they are needed. We also suggest making sure the audio drivers are up to date on your PC. I have given you a link to the Drivers and Downloads page for your computer below so you can check for and do any applicable updates.
How to run the Windows Sound Troubleshooter in Microsoft Windows 10
1. Click Start, and then select Settings (gear icon).
2. Click Update & Security and select Troubleshoot.
3. Click Playing Audio and then click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.

Unstable & USB ports not easily accessible.

Defective - bad motherboard

Went through Dell support who determined the problem is a bad motherboard. Although they would send a tech to my home to repair, I have lost confidence in the brand. Thankfully it failed so quickly it is still returnable.

Unable to retrieve the data and lost all apps and downloads. This should not have happened to a NEW computer. Geek Squad installed original operating system one month ago. Being serviced currently for three days.

Nothing but problems with this computer. I was told in store that everything from my old computer would be moved over if I purchased total tech.
