I LOVE this computer! I purchased this open box for the kids as our primary desktop computer. It is lightweight, has a beautiful touch screen and is super fast. Not to mention how cool and sleek it looks. We definitely are in love :)

It was a convenient and easy to set up. It has a great screen and fast processor so that it is easy to run programs and surf the internet.

Outstanding All-In-One computer. Bought this for my uncle to replace an incredibly slow/ancient HP AIO. This was like upgrading to a Ferrari. It is super-fast and the setup was extremely simple. The hardware specs are all top-notch. For my uncle (93 years old!) who looks at Facebook and plays Solitare, it's a bit more horsepower than he needs to say the least. But I found one as an open box and the deal was too good to pass up. If you are looking for a higher-end AIO PC, this is one to seriously consider. Geek Squad Warranty saves the day! A few months into owning it, my uncle accidentally knocked it over while reaching for something on his desk. The screen cracked in two places. I brought it to Best Buy under my Geek Squad warranty and it was fixed like new in about a week! Very impressive!

I have ditched my laptop in favor of this.veey fast and has intel graphics iris xewhich is better than uhd. Great savings when compared to the more expensive model with nvidia.do not hesitate

After suddenly needing to replace our desk top, we were happy to find this one in stock at Best Buy. The sales person was very knowledgeable in helping us choose. We like that it is all in one, no tower. Wireless keyboard and mouse are great too. It suits our needs perfectly.

Great having a new computer, great speed, easy to use, although I still have to learn a lot. I appreciate mostly the help I got from the associate at the store, patiently answering all my questions.

Great computer so far. i like the size, speed, and color. I spent about 200-300 more than I wanted, but I feel this computer is well worth the extra cost.

This dell has been working great. I had no problem with it touch screen is fantastic. I have tied into my 55”sony it so nice for zoom as well as vidios.

I love this new computer. It is so fast. It was easy to set up and looks good on my desk. Much improvement over my previous all in one. It does not have a DVD drive, but I plugged in my external drive to a USB port, and was able to load some software that I have on disk. I like the keyboard as it has good action on it, and the mouse seems to work well also.

We love our new Dell computer. It is quick and easy to use. So advanced from our old one. It is wireless without a cach of plugs and wires.

Fast in every way thanks to the i7 core and SSD drive. Touch screen works well, facial recognition is a nice touch and ergonomically, it's a sharp looking device. Also, I had no trouble with setup. This is a solid value for the capability it delivers.
