Our salesman, John, was excellent. We purchased several products in different departments. He was knowledgeable on all the products and upsold us on a TV soundbar we had not planned to buy, but we are happy that he recommended and pleased with our purchases.

Painfully slow. I suppose that's my fault, I took a chance and lost! When it's in sleep mode, it's very difficult to bring it back and sometimes requires a reboot.

Nice computer. I would have preferred a 2025 release with 2 trerrebyte storage as this will be my last computer. I am 80 y/o and wish the Rep had been truthful regarding the year old computer I boyght

The PC I purchased has exceeded my expectations. The delivery to my home was made on the timeline that Best Buy had stated when I made the purchase on-line. Coincidently, when I was considering vendor selection, Best Buy offered a price reduction of $300, simplifying the selection.

Great desktop all in one option. I mostly use office suite type of work for creating presentations, outlines, embedding videos.

This is my third Dell all-in-one. They're my favorite. They just get better every time I buy new ones I love the 27-in screen and I love the fact that it's One touch button underneath and I'm online within 20 seconds

Keyboard small, should be a little larger. Maybe offer an option for consumers

appears good works good simple to install wireless keyboard moves around easy so is the mouse camera can come out or go in hiding

I have always been a Macbook owner, ever since I got my first macbook pro back in 2007. Since then, I've replaced it once. Finally decided last year to research and get a windows computer, and chose this one after reading reviews. I have had more issues with this computer in the 8-9months I've owned it than I ever had with my macbooks in the 18ish years I've owned them. Constantly having to update and delete and reinstall drivers. My camera has not worked more days than it has. Keep getting a blue screen of death every other time I turn this piece of crap on. $1000+ spent on this junk, and I have never regretted going to windows more. Will be getting rid of this and getting an imac very soon.

Great-looking computer, but has an underpowered processor. Take a very long time and multiple attempts to get it to update and install during initial setup.

If I were to rate just the product it would get five stars but my purchase included installation which is why the rating is only three stars. The installation was supposed to migrate our data files from our previous system. Instead of keeping our folders as they were on our old system, they put everything in a folder called GeekSquadDataTransfer. None of our links worked and instead of just comparing the names and sizes of the folders on the old and new systems we have to search in the Geek Squad folder for the files that were on the old system.
