This was an out of the box purchase, but they did not have the original power cord that came with the computer, so they gave me a new Insignia power cord. I really wanted the original power cord. When I got home, I realized that instead of the original Dell keyboard and mouse that should have come with the Dell computer, I was given a HP keyboard that had one of the pieces missing from the back. I was also given a HP mouse, instead of the original Dell mouse. Because of these issues, I will think twice before buying another major purchase from Best Buy.

But either way I had to return it , It would shut down on me . When I went to reset factory settings to remove my info ,it froze up and I wasnt able to complete reset.

So i had to go out and buy my own mouse and keybroad. paying a lot of money for the computer and it as a plug that's not the right one. i do like the computer

It was my first experience of Windows 11. It seemed like a toy even though the specs. were good. I returned it within 24 hours and purchased a Macbook.
