Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PRODUCT WAS GREAT BUT WAS UNHAPPY WITH YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT UNDERSTANDING THE TAX PROCESS YOU REQUIRE. ONE WHO TOOK ORDER NEW I NEEDED TO GET YOU TAX FORM BUT DID NOT MENTION I NEED TO DO IT THROUGH THE ACCOUNT I HAD ALREADY SET UP TO GET IT TAX EXEMPT. HE ORDERED IT AND GAVE ME EMAIL ADDRESS TO GET TAX REFUND. WHEN DENIED 2ND TIME CALLED STORE AND EMPLOYEE SAID TO BRING IN AND ASK FOR MANAGER TO GET REBATE. NEADLESS TO SAY THE MANAGER WAS TOLD ME NO I HAD TO MAKE ACCOUNT (WHICH I HAD) AND THRU THAT GET TAX EXEMPT. I DID AND TOOK BACK AND A DIFFERENT MANAGER TOOK CARE OF IT. IT WAS A LOT OF WASTED TIME AND GAS TO THE STORE TWO TIME BEFORE REBATE. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A HARD TIME GETTING TAX EXEMPT. IF YOU INSIST ON THIS ALL OF YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TO KNOW THE PROCESS AND NOT DO THE SALE AS THE FIRST ONE DID!!!!

THE AC POWER ADAPTER WATTAGE AND TYPE CANNOT BE DETERMIND, THE SYSTEM WILL ADJUST THE PERFORMANCE TO MATCH THE POWER AVAILABLE, CONTINUE BIOS-SETUP DIAGNOSTICS, IT SAYS THE SYSTEM IS OKAY, BUT IT TAKES IT TAKES OVER A MINUTE ON, WHEN YOU GO TO YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM NOTHING WORKS RIGHT

Cant Hear Yourself Think Early Morning or at Night

Never worked having to reinstall operating system, tried upgrading memory, useless endeavor. Biggest let down ever. Do not buy this crap. Dell should be ashamed at letting this product be sold.

Another Dell in the Family
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After looking at numerous reviews, including HP and the others, I decided on sticking with a Dell. Would be nice to have one or two more USB ports instead of using a hub. My old Dell had two ports on the side. Also, the port on the lower right of the monitor is ONLY for charging; doesn't have enough power to drive anything.

Dell Inspiron computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love it! It’s so easy and quick. The only thing I wish it did was to be able to slightly tilt the screen. Would definitely buy this again. The sound is wonderful too.
