I have had this computer for 18 months now and have not experienced any manufacturer issues with the operation of this product. It is sleek and saves space on my desk and alleviates all the 'cable clutter' associated with a normal desktop PC. Great speeds.

I purchased this laptop to use for work and I needed to stick to a pretty strict budget. Sadly I've had a number of issues with the desktop since the day I purchased it. It randomly shuts itself off and then I have to Jingle the power cord to make it turn back on, the speakers constantly have a staticky scratchy noise when you play videos or audio files, now the audio is not loud at all even though it's up to 95, and it randomly crashes. Definitely not worth the money I paid and upset with myself for not sticking with HP which I've had for many years. I've tried reaching out for assistance and Dell won't even entertain helping me unless I pay nearly $400 for an extended warranty and Geek Squad charges a couple of hundred as well to take a look at it so now I'm really stuck with this piece of junk. Very unhappy.

I am very happy with my Dell all in one. It was very easy to set up and transfer my files from my old computer. I don't have a background in computer technology so that's saying a lot! The touch screen hss a very high quality image. Plus having an All In One frees up my desk space and floor space. Extremely satisfied for years to come!
