I had a pleasant experience with the sales person and I know that I will enjoy the Dell PC. Dell has always been my favorite PC. I enjoyed my purchase experience at Best Buy. I just love it. Setup was easy and the reaction time is excellent. I use it everyday for surfing the internet and checking my email. it meets all my needs and has definitely exceeded my expectations. For example - it keeps turning on in the middle of the night, shows a blue screen saying windows didn't load properly. It's in my bedroom, so the light wakes me up. Next - Google Meet cannot find my camera for use for meetings. But the camera works for turning on the computer. I do like the touch screen function.
