The Dell computer that I purchased recently is a huge upgrade over the foreign made one I had previously. Your staff educated me on what was available and what was best for my use. Many of my questions were elementary, and I appreciated the patience of the one who assisted me. Overall it was an excellent buy.

My Mother-in-Law had me pick this up for her. She was wanting an all-in-one computer system as to not take up too much space on her desk. She didn't want a laptop. She has always had good luck with her Dell computers in the past. So far she has been pretty happy with her purchase.

For years Apple held a premiere spot offering various 21.5 inch, 24-inch, and 27 inch all-in-one personal computers, where the monitor houses the motherboard, processor, hard drive and all internal components, while Windows machines were often modular and housed in boring tower cases. This machines gives Window users a similar experience that much cleaner without the clutter. Setup was a breeze, however not without one specific oddity that is unlikely the fault of this machine. After unboxing, the first thing I did was plug it into a legacy Monster Power HTS 2000 mk ii, that has saved me for many years. Unfortunately it immediately blew, so I was skeptical on how much current this AIO was drawing. Plugging directly into an outlet posed no issues, though I’m reluctant to risk another expensive surge protector. Upon boot up, because it crashed when Monster Power died, I did have to run Recvoery, and later was notified of a firmware update, as well as Windows 11 Home Edition OS update which completed quickly. There is so much to like about the Inspiron 27-inch, what can I say that hasn’t already been said? I’m most impressed that Dell is not using the cheaper Intel graphics co-processor and instead opted to put a mid-level GeForce MX-550 in this unit, without causing the fans to run consistently for thermal protection. Well designed airflow inside this unit goes a long way. When not being actively used, my wife and I use the large 27-inch screen for the security cameras making it incredibly versatile for our needs. Specs *Intel 12th gen Core i7 processor *16 GB DDR4 ram *Nvidia GeForce MX-550 graphics processor *1 TB SSD hard drive *USB-C, 3.2, 3.1 *SD-Card reader Pro + sleek design + Nvidia graphics + wireless keyboard + wireless mouse + super-thin bezel + surprisingly decent PC speaker + pop-up webcam for privacy + Windows 11 Home Edition OS Cons -power draw (killed my Monster Power surge) -1080p screen vs 4k resolution -glossy screen reflectivity (minor) -limited expandability Conclusion [TL;DR] if you’re looking for a sleek desktop AIO all-in-one PC, you can’t go wrong with the Dell Inspiron 27-inch. So for, it is amazing! It is very responsive and fast. My fiancé uses it for basic web surfing and I will be using it for school work for univeristy. I'm sure happy i can just go home and use a desktop to do work instead of pulling out my 15 inch laptop which is pretty heavy.

Bought this as an open box item. The first one came with missing parts. Called BB service number and instead of possibly sending out a small part to have the keyboard and mouse work, or sending a new keyboard and mouse, they said I had to return the whole computer. Went to the store and got no help there either. Ultimately ordered another and returned the other to the store. What a poor experience.
