Five people were hanging around the register. There was a customer at the register. The "door guy" told me they were ALL helping the customer. I waited and waited. Finally, the door guy begrudgingly left his post to help me. Aggravating!

Only complaint is that it can’t run simple games. Definitely not a gamer computer but otherwise I have no complaints. A bit over priced for what it is though.

Have had it for a year now and no issues. Camera is not the best could get seperate for better quality, but other than that all other things are great. Happy with this purchase :)

I had a couple of blue screen shutdowns but they were do to automatic updates and power saving settings. A restart fixed all. For the money this is a great system.

But my wife needed a PC for work and since she is so familiar with them this is what she chose. I tried to convince her to get a Mac to no avail.
