At different times the salesmen said what a great price for all that is offered on this computer. So far... we seem to be doing well, we are coming off of an Apple computer which is set up differently but we are getting used to Windows, and the way Dell has set things up.

Open Box Fail

The screen was cracked. Marks all over the computer. The bottom was dirty. Far from excellent condition it wasn't even in working condition

I am disabled from MS and my right hand (my mouse hand) has trouble sometimes using a mouse so a 27" touchscreen is a true lifesaver. The camera works perfectly including using it to verify it's me signing on. Gotta love it!
