    We are happy we listened to the salesmen before buying this computer. At different times the salesmen said what a great price for all that is offered on this computer. So far... we seem to be doing well, we are coming off of an Apple computer which is set up differently but we are getting used to Windows, and the way Dell has set things up.

    Cannot okay two different sounds at once, volume cuts in and out. Processor is a bit slow sometimes it’s a bit laggy even though it’s brand new.

    Missing USB on keyboard. Ask Best Buy to send on snd they want me to send the whole computer back. For one little USB

    Open Box Fail

    Was a open box option which stated "excellent condition" It was literally just thrown in the box with no protection. The screen was cracked. Marks all over the computer. The bottom was dirty. Far from excellent condition it wasn't even in working condition

    It was pixel a lot and getting tired on my eyes!! I returned it reason of pixel .

    I am so happy with my new Dell. I am disabled from MS and my right hand (my mouse hand) has trouble sometimes using a mouse so a 27" touchscreen is a true lifesaver. The camera works perfectly including using it to verify it's me signing on. Gotta love it!
