Order Directly From Dell

I have always ordered straight from Dell. I loved this computer when I first purchased it. However, 2 months after having it a recovery blue screen came on. Total Tech has had this computer at least 6 times to try to repair it. It has been shipped off once and a new motherboard has been installed. The computer is now 8 months old and we are getting close to the year warrenty. The recovery blue screen still comes on after a couple weeks. The trip to Best Buy is an 1 hour (one-way). Not sure why we cannot just be given a new computer. I wish I would have ordered directly from Dell! Lesson learned!!!!

Buyer Beware

Since I had purchased a service plan, I thought no problem. Wrong, big problem. I had to bring the computer into my store and the kept if for 2 weeks, Then, 5 weeks later it started doing the same thing. I got online with chat and they told me all I could do was bring it again. Warning, dont go near this computer and don't purchase a service plan. They are both worthless!

Need more USB ports

Very poor screen resolution.

I was excited about the design, ergonomy and other features, but was not able to read a reular PDF file without feeling an eye pain, so retrned it. (I compared it also to other 27" screen before return, to be sure about my decision).

All-In-One computer

It damaged its disk config and would not boot to a USB drive. 2 weeks later we get it back, take it home and find out that under the plastic on the screen, the screen was damaged, touched the corner and it went out, not to return. BTW, during the attempted setup, the wifi was off and there was no way to turn it on. Now we are waiting to get it back a second time.

Limited and Not for Gaming

I didn't realize this product had very limited graphics capability. Upon playing Hogwarts Legacy, I was frustrated to see the characters' faces looked blurry; it's like playing games on a "potato PC." I tried updating the drivers and tweaking the in-game and PC video settings, but nothing worked. If all you do is surf the web and work on various Windows applications (which don't come with the purchase), this might be the PC for you. Don't set your expectations too high.
