Got this one, but not at Best Buy. Found two with 32GB memory at Micro Center, so got them there. Better service.

Great so far but mouse and keyboard were defective and needed to be replaced. Pain to get replaced but okay now.

This is the second Dell All-In-One that I have owned and I absolutely love all of the upgrades they have made on this Dell Inspiron 27". Out of the box you will notice the extra 3 inches that this model provides over the previous older models. Second thing that catches your eye is the clean look of this machine. It does come with a nice matching keyboard and mouse, which are fairly decent and serviceable. Unless you are really particular about your keyboard and mouse, you will not need to buy an extra pair. Just like most computers, it will take some time to get it all set up, so be prepared to put aside at least 1 hour to get it all set up and any extra time to move your essentials from your previous computer. One of the main reasons why someone chooses an all-in-one is because you are trying to save space and even though it is 27 inches, this Dell definitely doesn't take up too much space. Another plus of this monitor, is that I usually spend a good 3-4 hours infront of a screen at work and another 3 at home. By the time I get home, my eyes are tired, but this Dell comes with ComfortView Plus to help reduce harmful blue light and a flicker free panel optimizing eye comfort. Once you have everything set up to your liking, you will notice how fast this machine is. You will definitely notice the 12th Generation Intel Core i7-1255U, 16GB system memory for intense multitasking and gaming and 1TB solid state drive. I have my machine hard-wired for my internet connection, but if you would like to go wireless, it does come with WiFi6 - Wireless AX. The last component that I was impressed with was the screen resolution. It comes with a 27 inch LED 1920x1080 HD display and you will notice it. Overall, I am extremely happy with this Dell-Inspiron and I would highly recommend it if you are looking to purchase a new all-in-one.

I was on the hunt for a new computer for my home office that could run multiple cloud-based programs as well as accomplish video and photo editing with photoshop pro without showing any lag or taxation on the graphics card/processor. This computer met all the requirements and performs beautifully. Unboxing and setting up this unit was a breeze and once the system updates were completed (approximately 1o minutes), I was up and running everything I needed. Included in the box: • Dell Inspiron AIO 7710 • White Dell KM5221W Wireless Keyboard & Mouse • Stand • 130W Power Adapter • US Power Cord The aesthetics of this machine are on par with any computer manufacturer and the weight and feel of the keyboard and mouse (both wireless, battery operated) are perfect. The number of ports on this machine should satisfy any user. The footprint of this unit is svelte and coming from a tower/monitor combination, has proved to be very space saving for me. The display is pleasant on the eyes and the colors can be adjusted via Dell’s Cinema Color. Internet connection via a wired setup for me with gigabit speed showed my downloads at 780 mbps and upload at 820 mbps. The Nvidia GeForce card installed is simply superb. As I like to do video and photo editing, this card did not hiccup even once, unlike my previous computer. While I am not a big gamer, my son put it to the test by playing Elden Ring as well as online gaming with friends and he said it was perfect. Storage space of course is more than adequate at a terabyte and the 16gb of RAM is just the right amount. All in all, I am very impressed with this unit from Dell, and I have had many clients state they love the look of the computer. I recommend this without reservation and this will be with me for years to come.
