For the most part it does the job. The speakers don't always work and when they do, the sound is often crackly. It will occasionally get the blue screen of death and haven't figured out why. Should have returned it when I had the chance. I think I just happened to get a buggy item.

This purchase was for my dad, who's a senior. This is a replacement for a 10-year old PC that is achingly slow. His eyesight is not so great, and he's not the most tech-savvy person. So, I was pleased when I helped set up this Dell Inspiron all-in-one. It has enough speed and memory to perform the basic tasks my dad needs - email, word processing, watching shows online and doing sudoku. The screen is sharp and so bright I had to bring down the levels to about 50%. There is a night mode, but I left it off. The large 27" monitor is great for watching shows. The built in audio is adequate, though we plugged in shelf speakers into the stereo 1/8" jack. Initially, setting up all the accounts (Dell, warranty, Microsoft, Office 365, etc.) was time consuming, as was the subsequent software and firmware updates, but now everything's humming along. The all-in one form factor is a space saver. I noticed the webcam that pops up from the top when pressed, but haven't used it yet. The wireless keyboard and mouse are fine, and the sluggishness I've encountered the first couple days could be the automatic software/firmware updates occurring in the background. Other than some minor modifications to settings and appearance, this computer is just right for a moderate everyday user like my dad.

I love m all in ne. Takes less room. Reliable and fast speed

I love Dell computers, but in my opinion, the older models looked better (sturdy), had side usb ports (this one doesn’t have) and the screen was protected by glass, even though they were heavier. only reason why I bought this one, after over 10 years, was because my Dell’s screen was cracked during a travel, even though still works, but mouse cursor gets stuck due to crack. And Dell offers no repair anymore. This one has positive points too, like the camera that can be hidden, light weighted, beautiful design and color.

I upgraded from an Intel Celeron to this Intel i7. Such a huge difference in performance. Everything runs so smooth and fast. You get what you pay for and it is definitely worth it. Wireless mouse and keyboard was icing on the cake. Less wires to deal with and less clutter.

Big, bright touch screen - super fast, easy, luv it

Very pleased with my new Dell AIO 27" Touch screen. Neat and compact, the display is crisp and the sound is dynamic. This is my first SSD and I certainly know what I have been missing. Fast and quiet, with little or no lag time in screen refreshes. Thoroughly enjoy using this PC.

Best and easiest computer ever. The screen is amazing.

Good product. The computer works well without problems, it has components that make searching and working friendly. The device is in acceptable condition but the power cable adapter was missing. It is certainly an additional cost that I did not plan to spend.
