Especially right now that I am working from home and my kids are remote learning. The setup is super easy just like any other Windows machine right out of the box. You power up and enter all of your info and preferences, about 10 minutes later you are up and running. It actually setup faster than any of my recent computer purchases in the last 5 years. I assume it is due to the 16GB or RAM and SSD. It includes a wireless keyboard and mouse and they even give you the batteries! They are very basic but yet feel very durable and high quality at the same time. They are actually the nicest keyboard/mouse combo I have ever gotten with a PC. It is nicer than the ones my company provides for my company computer. Now on to the performance...this PC rocks! The 27" display is big and beautiful. You can snap 2 windows at the same time and they don't feel cramped. You can actively use both windows with no eye strain. You sometimes forget that it is also a touchscreen, but when you start to use it you realize how intuitive and useful it is. The clarity and definition are spectacular as well. It gets very bright in a sunny room and also gets nice and dim with a night mode when the room is dark. The PC is very fast. The 16GB of RAM and SSD paired with the i7 processor give this computer plenty of power to handle all of your every day tasks. I use a bloated Autodesk application with 3D rendering and modeling and it runs so smooth. Way smoother than my old PC. I run multiple applications and so far I have not gotten it to jam up or slow down. I love it! It even has a pop up webcam that retracts into the display housing. This is very cool so you can pop it in when not in use for privacy. The bottom of the display has somewhat of a built in speaker bar with mesh grill/cover that works great. The sound is clear and rich with a nice low boom for the lows. I love everything about this all in one PC and have absolutely zero negative things to say about it. There are no cons that I can think of or ran into. I have used it for almost 2 weeks and it has not disappointed me in any way.

BBY initially refused to return. Beware they may send you damaged and used product and try to make you keep it.

|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The big, beautiful 27” HD screen highlights this Dell All-In-One PC. The simplicity of touchscreen, the ease of All-In-One design, speed with Intel Core i7 processor &16gb RAM, ample storage with 512gb SSD and the Dell name made this PC really stand out for me. I am loving it! I plugged it in then put the included batteries in the wireless keyboard and mouse. It easily found my WiFi and printer for extremely easy set up, and I signed on with my Microsoft account and I was ready to go. Synced my Google Chrome (which I prefer over Microsoft’s Edge) and I had everything at my finger tips. Really, I can’t imagine it being any easier! And yes, I am loving it. Oh AND it has what Dell calls a sound bar under the monitor that puts out pretty good PC sound. Also, it has a pop up web cam. A slight press and it pops up for use. At least I won’t have to put a sticky note over the camera to block “spies”. There are a couple things I would have liked: a DVD/CD drive - I know they’re kind of archaic, but I find I sometimes have a need for one. Also the quality of the keyboard is lacking - it is flimsy and I’m just not sure it’s going to last - time will tell. And I’m not loving the mouse - it just doesn’t track well. A keyboard and mouse are inexpensive enough to replace but I would have preferred that better accessories were included. All in all, I would very highly recommend this Dell 27” All-In-One if you’re looking for a good, solid, well-performing space saving desk top PC.

These items were listed as included items. I will update my review once these items are shipped to me. Customer service was good in handling this issue so hopefully when I receive the missing items I can come back here and update my review rating.
